Psalms for a Better Life (Psalms The Sacred Magick of Moses)
By Nancy Rodgers 21 Kodiak Way, PO Box 646 Carson WA 98610 509 427 5958 I know the power of the Psalms for change when properly used. I am aware many of you use the Psalms as a part of your prayer routine. However you may not be aware that much of how the Psalms were set up originally was stripped away and that we currently have only a shell of their past power. I grew up using the Psalms, the difference is that I was taught by my mother how to use the psalms in a very unique way. My Mother had spent many years researching many religions and spiritual teachings. At one point she came across The 6th and 7th Books of Moses. This book listed the Psalms and their purpose along with their corresponding Hebrew power words which are not included in the Psalms at this present time.
I know through experience that the removal of the power words (they represent the various essence of God) and the listed purposes of each Psalm has weakened the Psalms power for change in peoples lives. This is because you no longer have a guide for choosing a Psalm for it's purpose which best suites a particular need in your life. Instead the Psalms are relegated to general solace which was not the original intention according to the 6th and 7th Book of Moses.
Using the correct Psalm for a specific need along with it's assigned power word increases the effects of the prayer. If you think about prayer and creation "first there was the word" it all makes sense. It is important to realize the power of the words we speak and the result of those spoken words has an effect on our lives.
I originally would give the Psalm information to my friends in need to use with their own bible and it's own Psalms. Then later I found an old Psalm book printed in 1898 it was a direct retranslation of the Psalms from ancient Aramaic to English. The Author and Scholar felt the Psalms had been distorted over time by each religion an it's represented Bibles and their modification of the original translation. As I looked at various Bibles I found that indeed this was true. None of the Different Bibles I looked at listed the Psalms in the same way all of the verbiage was different. So again I felt that the Psalms had lost their strength and meaning with each change made over time. So I decided to combine the direct retranslation of the Psalms with the Hebrew power words along with the listed purpose of each Psalms to create a very powerful tool for change.
I began using the re-translated Psalms from 1898 combined with the power words and proper use of each Psalm according to the Book of Moses. Using the correct Psalm and its Hebrew power word for change has been a powerful tool in my life and in my surroundings. At various times I have given this information to friends in need and again witnessed the profound changes in their lives as they used the correct Psalm with its Hebrew power word for change. They, as well as myself, are always amazed at the miraculous changes in their lives.
After many years of constant encouragement from friends and acquaintances, I finally decided to write this book of instructions on how to use the Psalms.I have assembled the book with the Psalms included from the original 1898 Psalm Book along with the Hebrew power words and purpose of each Psalm. Please tab "What's in Book" to see what additional information is included in my book "Psalms For A Better Life."
Following is a sample of the header information of each psalm in my book:
Psalm 60 Power Word: Jah Pronunciation: YAH,
Meaning: Lord of the world. Purpose of the prayer: Pray to keep soldiers safe in battle.
